CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy of Accommodation
If you wish to check if your booking is eligible for free cancellation or to make changes to your booking, please refer below.
- All Cancellations of accommodation made from 1st June to 5th August 2023 are subject to be charged a cancellation fee of 50% from total room expenses.
- All cancellations of accommodation made after 5th August 2023 are subject to be charged a cancellation fee of 100% from total room expenses.
Cancellation Policy of Conference Registration and Optional Packages
If you wish to check if your booking is eligible for free cancellation or to make changes to your booking, please refer below.
- All cancellations of Conference Registration and Optional Packages made from 1st June 2023 to 5th August 2023 are subject to be charged a cancellation fee of 50% from total expenses
- All cancellations of Conference Registration and Optional Packages made after 5th August 2023 are subject to be charged a cancellation fee of 100% from total expenses
Cancellation and Refund Procedure
- Request to cancel conference registration or optional packages has to be sent via email to secretariat@iamra2023bali.org
- Changes as per request Need 7-14 working days after getting approval from IAMRA.
- “Bank Charges” are applied once refunds are requested
- Any charges will revert to Indonesian Currency “IDR-Rupiah”
